I hadn't bothered to learn about the Writers' Strike until now. These guys need help. It's criminal what the studios are trying to get away with.
They're absolutely right. This is the perfect time to make their stand.

John Stewart had a great comment about the strike. He said that the writers just want to make some money off of their creations from "new media" and the corporations keep saying "no, it's too new. We don't know if we are making money off it." You know, other than the ad space that is seen online and on dvd.
